Today in church our minister spoke about the importance of using relatable and accessible language when speaking about our faith. All to often we rely upon outdated and old fashioned language and imagery that simply doesn't mean a lot to most people today.To this end her performed a song that he had written a few years ago based on some suggestions from various people in fill in the blank, "The Lord's My ..." and they couldn't say Shepherd.
